TERMS OF SALE : ACCOMODATIONS FOR RENT

1 - L’entered with the Field ‘’ the Lakes D’Armagnac’’ implies L’integral acceptance of the rules of procedure.

2 - The stay cannot be granted qu’to the people justifying D’a valid insurance, covering the Civil liability for the Tenant.

3 - The tenant accepts L’site in L’state (trees, plantations, vegetation etc). He releases the responsibility for the Field the Lakes Armagnac in the event of damage for natural causes (falls of branches, bad weather, natural disasters) and in the event of flight, effraction, broken windows etc.

4 – animals must be vaccinated, tattooed and held leaves some. A document in proof required with L’reception the day of L’will have arrived.

7 -  Hiring (country cottages HLL- Mobil-home)

11 In case D’interruption of your stay and whatever the reason, you will be able to claim with no refunding. However a commercial gesture will be studied in form D’a handing-over on a forthcoming stay.
